The choice of internationalization
Although some products are still made in Europe, the main part is imported from South East Asia. Due to the distance of the production sites, a first office was created in Bangkok (Thailand) in 1989 and a second one, Joyling, in Hong Kong in order to improve sourcing management.
Our office
Our trading office in Hong Kong and its 6 subsidiaries in New Delhi, Chennai (India), Dongguang, Hangzhou, Jinjiang (China) and Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam) ensure the following functions :
- Scouting for new, reliable factories in the South East Asia region.
- Together with the production managers responsibility for putting into work the collections with the different suppliers.
- Responsible for production and quality products.
- Close relationship with the Groups purchase division concerning shipment.
Flexibility and reactivity
This organization gives the Royer Group a great deal of flexibility in production and the ability to react quickly to demand. Sub contracting allows the Group to offer products at competitive rates and within the best possible deadlines.
