- 2009 :
- The Royer Group acquired the Renaudin Group, for which the M.A Company does the marketing for the MOD8 and ASTER brands.
These brands are associated with the image of a quality children’s brand.
The Royer Group announce the acquisition of the TSS Group. The TSS Group, successfully developed by Gérard Labat and whose head office is in Saint Germain en Laye (France) is a key player in the manufacture and distribution of children’s shoes under licence in Europe. - 2008 :
- The Royer Group is acquiring the assets of the luxury brand Charles Jourdan.
- 2007 :
- Acquisition of the Group "Kickers". Kickers is becoming the first brand totally owned by Royer Group.Acquisition of the activities of the company CD Shoes International. Acquisition of the brand Stephane Kélian. Settlement of a design office in Romans for the luxury brands
- 2006 :
- Aquisition of the company C.P.S.(Central Park Shoes), present in Germany and Spain. Construction of a new warehouse. Creation of the company Cloth’R to develop and sell apparel brands.
- 2005 :
- Creation of Yero Shoes in France. Extension of the premises in Fougeres + Annual turnover 124 M €.
- 2003 :
- Annual turnover 100 M € + Creation of the company F.E.E.T., specialising in the management and marketing of « fashion » brands. Creation of the subsidiary Iberroyer in Barcelona (Spain) in order to develop the Group’s activity in Spain and Portugal.
- 2001 :
- Creation of Royer Sport specialising in the management of fashion/leisure brands, including the American brand, Converse.
- 1998 :
- Aquisition of the company Sogamax. Enlargement of the premises in Fougeres.
- 1997 :
- Annual turnover 60 M €.
- 1994 :
- Aquisition of the company Didry. Creation of Park Avenue Sport, specialising in the management of sport-leisure brands.
- 1993 :
- Aquisition of the company Chaussud in order to develop the Group’s activity in the South of France + Creation of the subsidiary Royer Licences to handle the distribution of city-fashion brands to specialised retailers.
- 1991 :
- Distribution of first American brand : British Knights.
- 1989 :
- Set up in Bangkok, Thailand, in order to optimize sourcing.

- 1983 :
- Jacques and Alain Royer take over the management of the company.
