B TO C COMMERCE AND E-COMMERCE

The Royer Group sells direct to the consumer via its shops and e-commerce websites.

Commerce B to C and E-commerce

B to C commerce consists of selling goods to final customers, i.e. the people who are going to use the product. The sale takes place physically in a retail outlet (shop or department store corner). It involves sales staff, outlet managers, regional coordinators, network administrators, etc.

E-commerce is the sale of goods via IT networks, particularly the Internet. This activity involves sales assistants, Web project managers, traffic manager, etc.

Digitisation to serve all Royer Group customers

Digitisation to serve all Royer Group customers

This channel currently accounts for only 3% in France, but is expected to rise to 20% by 2020, according to our prospecting results.
