Having a sound knowledge of the market


Each brand has a dedicated team made up of a Collection Manager, a Product Manager, a Designer, an Assistant and a Sales Representative. They are all trained, experienced professionals with a complete mastery of the complex, demanding nature of the different distribution networks: a competitive environment, a search for quality and a need to differentiate.


Anticipating trends and consumer expectations


The Royer Group’s design teams keep a constant watch to detect key trends in advance and keep a step ahead of consumer desires. This analysis is based on sales histories, the trend books of the major design offices, shopping guides, press reviews, consumer research and distributor surveys.


Putting ideas into design


Once the themes have been defined and strategies agreed, the designers from the different divisions have the task of putting these ideas into practice in the spirit of their brand. Drawing models, choosing colour ranges, selecting materials, accessories, soles, etc., until the model comes to life.
