The collections, specific to each brand, are determined, in response to consumer demand, and following trends. Thus constituted, these files are sent to the suppliers and the prototypes are subsequently checked and modified by the product managers and the technical controllers.
A team composed of a designer, a product manager and an assistant is assigned to each brand. Together, with the input from licensees and commercial directors, they create 2 collections per year. The Group has 6 creative teams one of which is Paris based.
